Fortuna poised on a pearl against a
shell
of carved tourmaline, flanked by gold and
enamelled cornucopiae and suspended with
a diamond and two emeralds.

Inspired by a Renaissance engraving
by Virgil Solis, c.1560.
Provenance:
Acquired from the firm by the Count of Cabral,
whose daughter was lady-in-waiting to
Queen Amelia of Portugal.
