Nicholas II's Easter Egg Cufflinks,

A pair of painted guilloche enamelled and diamond set gold cuff links in the form of Easter Eggs by Carl Fabergé.
Purchased from Fabergé by Her Imperial Majesty Marie Feodorovna, The Dowager Tsarina and presented to her
son Nicholas II on Easter morning 1907. The cufflinks are contained in an album painted by the Tsar recording
jewels he received as gifts from family members and close friends. The cufflinks are recorded in watercolour
and whiting as number 267 (see below) and captioned "From Mama, Easter 1907" in the Tsar's own hand.
